Submitting Claims

Senior Whole Health now offers Electronic Remittance (ERA) and Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). If you are currently enrolled with Change Healthcare ERA or EFT you should be seeing your payments electronically. If you are not enrolled, you can switch from paper to electronic payments over the phone, online, through the mail or via fax.

EDI Technical Assistance: If you are currently submitting via Emdeon you should have a login for ON24/7 web-site. If not ON24/7 is a web-based system that allows Emdeon customers to submit service requests and check on the status of those requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please contact Emdeon directly at 1-888-363-3361 or visit the ON24/7 site. 

It is important to remember that an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) submission is the recommended method for all claims. Claims Submitted via EDI are received and processed in a more efficient manner. Senior Whole Health works with Emdeon for all EDI transactions. When submitting your 837 (I & P) files, please use our Payer ID: 83035.

Electronic Claims Information:

Senior Whole Health of New York accepts EDI claims submission for CMS 1500, CMS 1450 (UB-04) and UB92 claims forms in standard 837 format.

Any provider who bills using the standard 837 format can submit claims electronically to Senior Whole Health of NY's payer ID 83035. Providers can submit claims using any electronic clearinghouse or claims service.
